Legal Framework:
- The 2024 Finance Law has set a new timetable for the implementation of the reform.
- Decree no. 2024-266, amending the decree of October 7, 2022, was published on March 25, 2024. Key changes include shifting of dates, SecNumCloud, registrations, audits, and more.
Co-construction workshops
- 11 weekly workshops were held with representatives from FNFE, publishers, and chartered accountants.
- Nine workshops focused on EXTERNAL SPECs to identify, prioritize, and produce the modifications required for the PPF go-live.
- The publication of external specifications and Swaggers is scheduled for June 19.
- 21 topics were addressed and resolved, resulting in 112 business rule modifications.
Main changes
The harmonization of business rules led to seven key modifications:
- Simplification of directory flows.
- Historization of the directory.
- Introduction of a unique "readable" format per invoice.
- Rounding tolerance.
- Reinforcement of statuses for better follow-up.
- Overhaul of subcontracting management.
- Overhaul of lifecycle management.
